Return and Refund Policy

At Positive Vibe Merchant, each order is packed with care. Because many of our items are handmade, personal care based, or made for hygienic use, we do not accept all returns. Please read below before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

Unused
Unopened
In its original packaging
In the same condition you received it

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used bath and body products
Opened or used oils, sprays, perfumes, or rollers
Opened or used haircare products
Custom, personalized, or made to order items
Mystery boxes
Sale items
Gift cards

If a product has been opened, tested, or used, it is not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email here].

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If your item qualifies, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Because many orders are processed quickly, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

After that point, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, original shipping costs will not be refunded. Reshipping fees may apply.
